You may send images as attachments by email in the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, PDF, or PSD.  Again, the images should be 300 dpi or higher in resolution for the best results, but images as low as 72 dpi may be used provided that the image is large in size such as 12" x 16" or greater.

By Mail

You can send one or more photographs, CD or DVD of your favorite images by mail. Photographs need to be a minimum size of 4" x 6" and a maximum size of 8" x 10".  Images on a CD or DVD should be at 3oo dpi or higher for the best results.  Images can be low as 72 dpi as long as the image is large in size such as 12" x 16" or greater.

Please mail photographs, CD's or DVD's in a rigid cardboard envelope or container so your photos don't bend in transit. Please include a self addressed return envelope so that your photographs may be returned.  Mail to:

Tips on Picking a Good Image 


  • Pictures shot digitally are better at high resolution.
  • Images that fill the viewer have better impact.
  • Natural light is best especially at the golden hours during dusk or dawn when the colors are richer and the depth of field is better.
  • Avoid pictures with red eye where the flash is reflected in the eyes.


Pricing

Pricing varies upon the complexity of the commissioned piece and starts at $275 minimum using in-house sizes and printing. Larger size requests will be sent to an outside printer and the printer's cost will be added to the quote.

Once the assignment and pricing have been agreed upon, a 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required in advance.  Balance will be due upon completion.
